Regression : User name and User Id of signed in User is seen missing at Uber Tray |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3463.0/10793.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Reks and Candy OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into User -> Now click on Uber Tray -> observe Profile picture at L.H.S and observe for User name and User Id of signed in User(its difficult to identify signed in User) (2)And press 'Tab' button and observe focus is seen on Profile picture but unable to click (Please refer Video) Expected: a)User name and User Id of signed in User should be available at Uber Tray b)'Tab' focus should not be seen on Profile picture (or) should be able to click on Profile picture and USer info should be available (or) On Hovering mouse pointer on Profile picture User info should be available Actual: Instead a)Unable to identify User name and User Id of signed in User at Uber Tray b)'Tab' focus is seen on Profile picture (or)unable to click on Profile picture This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev-channel Daisy
