Regression: Nothing happens when clicked on Night Light option in ubertray menu in OOBE screen

Chrome Version: 69.0.3463.0/10793.0.0  dev-channel Daisy, Candy and Reks
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> Click on Ubertray >> Click on Night Light and observe

Actual: Night Light is seen enabled and clickable but nothing happens
Expected: Either night light should get ON or the option should be seen disabled

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev

There is no Night Light option in ubertray menu on R69-10825.0.0.
Can't duplicate the issue.
