Please confirm with the latest M69 build, which is 69.0.3497.29 or more. The new uber tray is disabled on M69 release branch now. The accessibility icon will be shown correctly. We can remove M-69 label once it is verified. I still confirmed that this happens when #enable-system-tray-unified flag is enabled, which is ON by default on master, but not on M69.

Issue is also seen in latest M70 build 70.0.3519.3/10964.0.0 dev. On 69.0.3497.35/ 10895.21.0 dev, new ubertray is disabled and issue is not seen. Thanks!

This is WAI. We have removed some of the icons that existed in old system tray, from the unified system tray. |
