Regression: Weird movements are seen at ubertray of Signed user when 'do not Disturb' button is On & Off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> From Ubertray On & Off- 'do not Disturb' button  and observe at ubertray

Actual: Weird movements are seen at ubertray with unnecessary shadows
Expected: No such weird movements should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev when we enable & disable accessibility options at ubertray

Attached the screenshots for reference..

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
