Regression: Default focus is seen missing on 'Accept and Continue' button of " You'Re signed in" screen |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:69.0.3463.0/10793.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Candy,Reks OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover build >>Sign into user >>go to" You'Re signed in!" screen and observe for default focus on 'Accept and Continue' button Actual:Default focus is seen missing on 'Accept and Continue' button of " You'Re signed in!" screen Expected: Default focus should be seen on 'Accept and Continue' button of " You'Re signed in!" screen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows Attached the screenshots for reference..
