What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> go to ubertray >> Click on 'Collapse' to collapse ubertray
(2)Now click at expand icon and observe the same 'Collapse' tool tip is seen to expand the ubertray

Actual: 'Collapse' tool tip is seen for expand icon of ubertray
Expected: Instead, 'Expand' tool tip should be seen

Raising this as a Non-Regression issue as it is a New feature seen from M-69

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
