Regression :[DevTools] 'Word count' is not seen on 'Find in' textbox.

Issue description

Chrome version :  69.0.3463.0 (Official Build) 0632df721e7ac300348ef7646b571109539697e5-refs/branch-heads/3463@{#1}(32/64-bit) 

OS : Win(7,8,8.1,10) , Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.5, 10.13.6) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and open devtools on NTP.
2. Go to console section and press 'ctrl+f' .
3. Now enter some text in 'find string in logs' textbox and observe.

Actual Result: 'Word count' is not seen after entering text on 'Find in' textbox  in console section. 
Expected Result:  'Word count' should be seen after entering text on 'Find in' textbox  in console section.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-63’ and will soon update other bisect info.
Good build: 63.0.3233.0
Bad build: 63.0.3234.0

Thanks for the report.  This looks like a legitimate, but very minor issue to me.  I'll take a look.
