Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3463.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open youtube 2. Play a video 3. Make it into full screen What is the expected behavior? From Chrome's own task manager, it shows full screened youtube as 156 in CPU What went wrong? High CPU usage for a youtube video that causes macbook pro 2017 CPU to run hot Did this work before? Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3463.0 also on latest chrome 69.0.3464.0 using Mac 10.13.5, Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 10. Note: We have seen high CPU usage on Ubuntu 17.10 (CPU usage -156.8) Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
