Tab crashes on a page on ynet

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3462.1 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-5289344,00.html

What is the expected behavior?
Page should open

What went wrong?
Tab crashes

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, mac 10.13.4 using chrome reported version #69.0.3462.1 and latest Canary-	69.0.3463.0 as per above URL. No crash is seen while accessing the URL.

Could you please check the issue on latest Canary with clean profile & let us know your observations on the same.
Please find the attached screencast for reference.

As per the above provided crash id's, these issues are base issues.

Can't reproduce this on Version 69.0.3464.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

BTW, what are "base issues"?
