Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a Google Chrome window in Fullscreen mode on the main monitor 2. Click on the secondary monitor desktop while the fullscreen window is focused What is the expected behavior? The taskbar should be still hidden and not overlay the fullscreen window like in other browsers (Firefox, Edge tested) What went wrong? The taskbar shows up on top of the fullscreen window/video and the full. (If a video is in fullscreen it also gets blurry cause the area gets smaller when the taskbar shows up) Did this work before? No Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: A workaround is to get the fullscreen out of focus (by clicking on the taskbar of the secondary monitor for example) This behavior seems to got never fixed like in the 2 year old reddit thread with the same issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments/4hw8dc/help_dual_monitors_windows_task_bar_showing_on/

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.87 also on latest chrome 69.0.3466.0 using Windows 10. Note: This issue is Windows Specific. Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks! |
