poor design for settings

Reported by bau...@gmail.com, Jun 16 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.25 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome://settings/searchEngines (for example)
it use only 20% width screen and can't resize; impossible to see the complete url! must edit each entry

And managing favorites! again disgusting!

Why Google persists in making shit the best PC browser! we are left with a browser for tablet and bad sight! and loss of standard features .. management of favorites with URLs (now you have to select a favorite to see the associated url !!
and all that with a display font that is not intended for screen in the native resolution without smoothing / blurring

What is the expected behavior?
Please add option to choice theme, and not force to use very bad design!

What went wrong?
very bad design;
vrey good browser, but very poor design and managing the settings made it very difficult!

Did this work before? Yes 46

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.25 Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #68.0.3440.25 and latest canary #69.0.3464.0.
This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds.

Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.

Thanks...!!

krajshree: This is not a good example of a respectful or constructive bug.

The filer has a number of remarks, and it's not clear what issue(s) exactly they want fixed apart from "bad" design. Comments like "Why Google persists in making shit the best PC browser!" are not constructive or helpful.
