Chrome crashes page: Incorrect title translation into Russian

Where is the poor translation?
At Chrome://crashes, the title bar states: "Завершение работы программы" (program close/shut down). It should be "Сбои программы" or "Сбои в программе" instead. Note that the word "сбой" (failure, crash) is used further on the page.
