Remove BrowserMainLoop::GetAudioManager().

The BrowserMainLoop::GetAudioManager() was introduced in https://crrev.com/c/1093021. It accesses the |g_current_browser_main_loop| from non-UI thread, which isn't supposed to. File this bug to tack progress.

From my understanding, when you fix crbug.com/834674, you will also change the way that Audio Service is accessed and registered in ServiceManagerContext. That says BrowserMainLoop::GetAudioManager() will be no longer needed.
