Stored passwords lost

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
All of the passwords stored in google chrome on my mac have dissapeared - they have just been wiped clean and there's nothing stored 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.5
Flash Version:
 
Components: UI>Browser>Passwords Services>Sync
Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Mac triage: Marking for passwords or sync triage, since I have no idea how to diagnose or repro this.

amrajsandhu@gmail.com: Thanks for filing the bug! Could you please provide some more details, like whether sync was enabled, or what could have triggered the wipeout.

Ideally, repro steps would allow us to debug your scenario.

If you have no clue as what could have happened, and you have been syncing your passwords to Google servers, we could investigate the issue using server-side logs. In order to do this, I need your authorization to debug your account and inspect your server-side logs, which you can authorize by replying in this bug.

I’m not sure why this occurred but I wasn’t synching with Google at the time (I have done since to save them for future)

 

I have since resaved all my password so you can close this ticket and if the issue re-occurs, I will open a new one.
