The supposed culprit was an iOS-only CL, and the test is flaky everywhere.

I think the analysis is off here because it was run on Mac, and Mac is currently very unhappy, see  bug 828031 .

It's been flaking everywhere since at least 06-14 [1], unfortunately the dashboard doesn't go further back than that. I don't know how to find the culprit, so I'll go ahead and disable the test.
