Confirmed: Created free office account, created a doc, downloaded to ~/Downloads. 1. Double click file in downloads, will open offline DSS editing in browser and open file. 2. Drag from downloads on drop on browser, i get a new tab but the message "Whoops. We were unable to open the file you requested. If you continue to experience an error, please report an issue below."
