Deletion of auto-suggested URL

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to open any URL which shows more than one auto-suggested URL options
2. Press down arrow and then press delete or shift+delete to remove the suggested URL
3. The URL is not removed

What is the expected behavior?
Pressing shift+delete should remove the auto suggested URL option

What went wrong?
Pressing shift+delete does not delete the auto-suggested URL

1. Try to **type any URL which shows more than one auto-suggested URL options

Thanks for filing the issue!

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.87 and on the latest canary 68.0.3463.0 using Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04.
Note: Issue isn't applicable to Mac.
Tentatively adding components UI>Browser>TabStrip and UI>Browser>ContentSuggestions, please change if they aren't apt.

As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3112.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.

Can't repro.  Some dropdown rows are deletable, and some are not; it's not possible to visually distinguish the two.  (There's an old bug that touches on this.)  If you can reproduce this on something that should be deletable (e.g. a site from your local history), please reply with the contents of about:omnibox for the text that will make that entry appear, with the "Show all details" checkbox checked.
