Fix wording for notifications posted to code review

1. If reverted by human, "Findit confirms..."
2. If reverted by Findit (e.g. reliable test failure), bail out
3. If not yet reverted, "Findit identified..." (currently supported case)
4. If already commented by reliable test failure (but not reverted), "Findit identified ..." (current case)
