Chrome Canary address bar does not support Cmd+Left, Cmd+Right on Mac

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 69.0.3457.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Chrome Stable (67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)): OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a tab in Chrome Canary
(2) Move focus to the address bar (Cmd+L)
(3) Try using Cmd+Left or Cmd+Right to move the cursor to either end of the input

What is the expected result?
The cursor should move

What happens instead?
The cursor does not move
