color picker in Chrome Dev Tools doesnt interact

Reported by rombo...@gmail.com, Jun 14 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Inspect your element
2. Try to change the color using the small square (normally interactive color picker popsup)
3. Nothing happens which leads you to manually enter color codes

What is the expected behavior?
When dev want to change the color he/she normally can do so by simply clicking the small square before the color code. Now nothings happens which leads the dev to enter manually color codes

What went wrong?
It seems the square isnt interactive no more, or the trigger script isnt working.

Did this work before? Yes prior to current one

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version:

See the #fff color part. The small square has a hover state and highlights. On click though nothing happens.

Hi there,

thanks for the quick follow up.

The screen cast showed indeed the exact proper workflow of reproducing it.

Also resetting to default did fix it on my side.
So this issue has been solved.

Now i just need to remember what settings i had LOL

thanks,

Rombout Versluijs
