Recent versions of Windows ASan cause widespread test failures

The ASan ToT bots are timing out and generally being bad. I've confirmed that this is not infrastructure noise, this is a real regression in upstream LLVM. I'll post more details soon. I'm filing this now without much info because it blocks the next clang roll.

This looks like it's our old friend, wholearchive, not doing the right thing with LLD.

We should really make an effort to make this easier to debug.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Now that's fixed in r334761. Hopefully the ASan bots will be less purple tomorrow.
