Hook up metrics observers when the network service is enabled. |
|||
Issue descriptionIn particular, there is page_load_metrics::MetricsWebContentsObserver (Hooked up in ResourceDispatcherHost) and data_usage::DataUseAggregator hooked up through ChromeNetworkDelegate. I'm hoping we can use the same hook for both these classes. I'm not sure if MetricsWebContentsObserver should block canary - presumably we're going to want some functional metrics related to page loads.

Page Load Metrics is covered as part of bug 816684 (canary blocking) and data use measurement is tacked in bug 843715 (non-canary blocking) |
