Windows 10 Changes the Window Controls after update

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Update windows to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4284835/windows-10-update-kb4284835 this update. What is the expected behavior? To change the buttons back to the themes buttons. What went wrong? After update, it changed the buttons back to the Windows 10 Control buttons, when I like the theme's buttons. Thanks for filing the issue! Somehow we are unable to upgrade our existing Win 10 Operating System, version 1803 to the latest versions, will soon try to figure out the technical issues which objecting us to upgrade and try to triage the issue further.
