Add is_arc_plus_plus and is_pixel_phone bool properties to RemoteDevice object

ExternalDeviceInfo has these fields, but RemoteDevice does not. As we migrate to primarily using RemoteDevice, the RemoteDevice object needs to also carry these fields.

For context: these two fields need to be passed to the RemoteDevice object in order to correctly populate the chrome://proximity-auth debug page.
