Currently audio service on Fuchsia doesn't provide all features that are necessary to implement AudioManager. Particularly it doesn't allow to enumerate output or input devices and it's not possible to get native configuration for each device (sample rate and channel layout). Once that functionality is implemented in Fuchsia it will need to be integrated into AudioManagerFuchsia.
