[Feed] UMA description need to update

UMA summary need to update.
In every Zine's UMA data's description, it says "A card is considered shown when at least 1/3 of its height is visible on the screen.", but since CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2504963002 update the "1/3" to "2/3", we should update UMA description as well.

[Feed] UMA summary need to update for track impression

https://codereview.chromium.org/2504963002 update track impression from
2/3 of a card rather than 1/3 of a card, so related UMA need to update
as well.
