Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to google.com and search something.
2. Right click and copy the link address of any result.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should copy the google.com/ redirect URL, NOT the source URL.
It should copy, for example, "https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwihlq7bv9PbAhXhA8AKHVp4C8MQFgguMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fbugs.chromium.org%2Fp%2Fchromium%2Fissues%2Flist&usg=AOvVaw2ain0umbpowTXQsQ0eB5e7",

NOT

"https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list".

What went wrong?
It copies the source URL (e.g. "https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list").

This invalidates the functionality of Google help pages like https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals and many other things.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 66, I believe.

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

Tested in Chrome Canary 69.0.3450.0 and the problem is there.
Tested in Firefox 60.0.1 and it worked as normal (it's how I got those examples).
