Steps to reproduce the problem:
In the Application Tab, when you have a long list of something in the left column the list will disappear in the bottom of the screen and you can not scroll to them.

What is the expected behavior?
Add a Vertical Scrolling feature to move down the lists.

What went wrong?
I am pretty sure in Chrome V68 and below the scrolling was there. But I have seen many errors with scrolling in V69, so I know the engineers have been doing things to scrolling and bad many problems. But now in the application tab there is no scrolling at all and when you have a long list it just disappears out of the bottom of the screen, I will attach a screenshot showing a list of images and you can see the rest of the list disappears out of the bottom of the screen and you can not go through the list properly now!
