What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a scrollable page (for this example I used arstechnica.com)
(2) Tap a link to navigate to another page on the same site (e.g. the top article on arstechnica.com) which is also scrollable
(3) Scroll the page and fling
(4) While the fling is ongoing, tap the back button to return to the previous page

What is the expected result?
The fling does not cause the previous page to scroll

What happens instead?
The fling continues to scroll after navigating back to the previous page
