Issue description

Chrome Version: Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chrome OS Version: windows
Chrome OS Platform: asus ultrabook

Not able to access google or gmail. Keep getting

This site can’t be reached
www.google.com is currently unreachable.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE

Sounds like you are behind a proxy server that mangles SSL.

Do you know what antivirus/firewall/proxies you are using?

If you are using Cisco Firepower or Avast AV, the instructions at the bottom of https://www.chromium.org/Home/tls13 might help.

It would also be helpful to get a net-internals log when you reproduce the issue, see details here:
