Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome tab
2. Type any existing website URL
3. Open Devtools > Network panel
4. Disable cache + Enable recording 
5. Refresh the page
6. Right click on Network capture panel > Save HAR with content

What is the expected behavior?
HAR is saved on disk, the file contents is a valid JSON with log.pages and log.entries structure, and each log.entries has a pageref property containing a string with the page id it is related to

What went wrong?
Some entries are serialized with no pageref property

It is the first time I see this kind of behavior, and my Chrome browser just auto updated to 67
