What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, Navigate to chrome://bluetooth-internals/#adapter
(2) Now resize browser window from RHS to LHS such as Menu button is seen on Top LHS
(3) Now click on 'Menu' button and then click on 'Devices' option and observe

Actual: Page appears blank and (Name,Address...) header tab are not seen.
Expected: Page shouldn't appear blank and (Name,Address...) header tab should be seen after clicking on 'Devices'.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-60 series build #60.0.3072.0

Note:This issue is also reproducible on M-67 Stable (build # 67.0.3396.87),M-68 Beta (build # 68.0.3440.25) and M-69 Canary (build # 69.0.3457.0).
