Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3457.2 (Official Build) 9c525f32d5d7caf55004d2318ac334580d63a579-refs/branch-heads/3457@{#5}(32/64-bit) OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10) OS Precondition: Enable 'Site settings' flags from 'chrome://flags/'. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome,and change browser language to 'Hindi' 2. Navigate 'www.google.com' ,click on 'View site information' icon and click on 'site setting'. 3. Observe 'Reset Permission' button. Actual Result: Language translation is not applied for 'Reset permission' button on 'chrome://settings/content/siteDetails'. Expected Result: Language translation is not applied for 'Reset permission' button on 'chrome://settings/content/siteDetails'. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M69' series i.e 69.0.3453.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.5, 10.13.6) OS

Thank you for reporting. Hi Mellie, This seem's to be a localization issue. Unfortunately, we cant find this specific string to be forwarded to the language POC. Can you please assist? I'll be looping in the Engineering Team as well to test this. I was not able to reproduced the steps. Kind Regards!

The string was changed at https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/616503/11/chrome/app/settings_strings.grdp. It usually takes a while for translations to appear, when string is modified. I don't think there is any action item here, besides waiting.
