Regression : Grey focus highlight disappears after pressing 'Enter' key in chrome://settings/editDictionary.

Issue descriptionVersion: 69.0.3457.2 (Official Build)Revision 9c525f32d5d7caf55004d2318ac334580d63a579-refs/branch-heads/3457@{#5}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://settings/editDictionary 2. Now click on 'Add a new word' type anything and add several words 3. Now press 'Tab' key to bring focus on Close icon 'X' and continuously press 'Enter' key,observe Actual: Grey focus highlight disappears after pressing 'Enter' key Expected: Grey focus highlight shouldn't disappears after pressing 'Enter' key This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 61.0.3131.0 (Revision: 479565). Bad build: 61.0.3132.0 (Revision: 479900). You are probably looking for a change made after 479856 (known good), but no later than 479875 (first known bad).
