After closing the passwords screen, you are required to reauthenticate. This is working as intended. I'm not entirely sure what the bug is you are reporting here. This is certainly not an issue affecting the security of users.

Suppose we have authenticate the passwords and minimises the Chrome app then he never ask to reauthenticate when it opens from recents tab they will show password without authentication

Are you talking about chrome://settings/passwords page? If you close the tab and open it again, you should be asked to reauthenticate to view the passwords. If you leave the tab for 60 seconds then you'll also be required to reauthenticate. Do you observe this behavior but consider it incorrect?

It's a trade-off between usability and privacy. It's not a security feature. If you allow someone to your unlocked machine, they can access your passwords. E.g. they can sync them to their account. |
