My change 1013961 only affects an app in Chrome OS. It won't even affect behavior of the browser neither. So I believe the change is not relevant. I will take a quick look at the site's HTML. Perhaps relevant to behavior change of the video playback in Chrome.

The page used 2 <video> element without specific parameters to limit volume control. So I think this is not likely specific to max.adobe.com. Presumably something changed on the default configuration of video control. People in the team for Blink>Media>Controls would be able to help.
