Codesearch does not return any results

Repro:

(1) Navigate to https://cs.chromium.org/search/?q=test&sq=package:chromium&type=cs

Expected: see some results

Actual:
No results for your query (0.08 seconds)
/CodesearchService.Search to (unknown) : UNREACHABLE server(s) are not responding

Note: works the same for any search term I tried.
Setting Pri-1, because it makes working on Chromium a lot more complicated, and I suppose it's not just for me.

This should be mitigated now. You'll get increased latency, but search should work.

A proper fix is in progress, should hopefully be pushed out within an hour.

Latency should be back to normal now.
