Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 67.0.3396.87 using Mac 10.13.3 and Windows 10. But seeing different behavior in different channels. In Mac: Issue is seen in M60, M-67 stable, M-68 beta and M-69 canary equivalent dev but issue is not seen in canary build. In Windows: Issue is seen i.e; Green box is seen missing in preview In Ubuntu: Issue is not seen in M65 beta(68.0.3440.25) i.e; green box is visible here, but issue is seen in latest dev and latest stable. As issue is seen from M-60 in mac considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking this as Untriaged. Could someone from print preview team please have a look at this issue. Thanks!

If you check the "Background graphics" checkbox, does it show up? Tested on Linux on 67.0.3396.79 and the box does not appear if this checkbox is not checked, but it does show up if the checkbox is checked. Comment 2, can you check if the differences you are seeing between builds are simply due to having this checkbox checked in some cases and not in others?

Ah yes it does show up! Did not realize that was an option. Sorry for the false bug report!
