CNN videos don't autoplay when MEI should allow it in 67

Chrome Version: 67.0.3396.87
OS: both Windows and Macs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set MEI high for CNN.com
(2) Navigate to https://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2018/06/13/no-women-top-paid-athletes-baldwin-nr.cnn

What is the expected result?
Video should autoplay

What happens instead?
No autoplay

Worked in 67.0.3396.79 and works in Canary
