While getting reports from developers with startup problems, we need to look at actual traces. Right now the steps involve, getting chrome checkout on Linux system, running adb_profile_chrome_startup and upload a file.

It will be lot easier if there was a about:startup page, which enables tracing with some default parameters the next time chrome starts.
The tracing will be enabled only one time to make sure the user doesn't keep tracing by mistake. navigating to the startup page again, would show the saved report and use can upload this on a bug.
