Shortcuts page has overflowing key icons.

Reported by patrickm...@gmail.com, Jun 13 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Shortcuts
3. Under Debugger, look at Step out and the icon next to it

What is the expected behavior?
The column width expands to accommodate "[Shift + F11][Ctrl + Shift + ;]"

What went wrong?
"[Ctrl + Shift + ;]" overflows into "Step out" and they overlap.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

After doing a bit of digging I think it may due to inadvertently "zooming out" with Ctrl + Mousewheeldown. Resetting devtools to default didn't seem to affect the zoom amount, but zooming back in on my own seems to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the report. I'm unable to reproduce on Linux, but I'll take a look on Windows soon.

I also found this to be non-reproducible without some excessive zooming on Windows. Closing.
