Implement favicon prefetching for HistoryTableViewController |

Issue description
Have yet to implement requred method `- (void)tableView:(UITableView*)tableView
prefetchRowsAtIndexPaths:(NSArray<NSIndexPath*>*)indexPaths` of UITableViewDataSourcePrefetching.
Needed to fetch favicons in preparation of cell being shown.
