Remove inset pill shape in the first row of search dropdown

I assumed this was being tracked already, but I can't find it. Please triage. 

This is Mac-only, presumably a MacViews issue hence the CC'd list.

I can't find a specific bug for this either. I believe that the work sdy@ is doing should address this, however.
