3rd party cookies problem

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open cookies for a site
2. Delete 3rd party cookies like google
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
it cause you log off like google,facebook (it also delete first party cookies of that 3rd party sites)

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

This is not a security issue in the chromium browser.

This sounds like it's working as expected - if you delete cookies then you should expect the cookies to be deleted, and cookies are how services track things including login state.
So why same does not happen in firefox (Please read what I say more carefully)
