Provide a confirmation dialog for uninstalling Crostini

Issue description

For the initial launch, when uninstalling Crostini, we should provide a confirmation dialog to the user to notify them that all their files will be deleted by the action.

This workflow can be replaced once issue 848128 is implemented post-launch.

Sorry, I meant to update this bug yesterday.  I talked to the Crostinin UI team, and this is already done.  Right-click terminal in launcher.  Dialog is shown.
