App is Disabled and cannot be Enabled

Issue description

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:Eddie's LG Stylo 3 (LGL84VL)
Android version:7.0
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):
Application: Android System WebView
Application version:0.0.0.1

URLs (if applicable):



Steps to reproduce:Enable Android System WebView App
(1) System Settings->
(2) Apps->
(3) Android System WebView->
(4) Enable

Expected result:I expect the System to enable the App: Android System WebView


Actual result: Will not allow me to enable the App: Android System WebView. The Enable button is non-functional and has no response when it is clicked on.

If you have Android >= N, WebView is disabled by default. Chrome provides the WebView implementation instead. If someone is telling you to update WebView, you should update Chrome instead.
Thank you Paul. I feel more at ease with my phone now. Did not know it was factory disabled. I truly appreciate your knowledge and help with my question.
