Permission prompts show "www" subdomain

Project Member Reported by ainslie@chromium.org, Jun 13 2018

I've only tested this on Windows and Mac but it might also happen on Mobile. It feels strange to see a more syntax-y representation in the prompt since we have the friendlier one in the omnnibox. WDYT?

Do we want to elide subdomains everywhere that we display URLs/origins/hostnames? Just security-sensitive surfaces? We should make a call on that and then include it in our URL display audit.
