It was pointed out in crrev.com/c/1097321 that there are a lot of similarities between the Web Payments and the Web Authentication API UX flows. E.g., both use the concept of showing multiple "sheets" in a single dialog.

We should make sure the two flows are visually consistent, and maybe even consider factoring out common parts of the implementation.
