After long therm use of multiple users on a terminal servers, some users can't open some websites until they close chrome

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. use chrome on a terminal server for long time
2. try to open some specific sites (google search crashes)

What is the expected behavior?
open the site

What went wrong?
it shows the site as can't be reached and the tab looks like it's dead ( a dead chome symbol )

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: Server 2016

sorry, it shows windows nt 10, it was server 2016, 2 different servers
