Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome canary
  2.  Switch to tab switcher mode
  3.  Tap on Incognito button --> Scroll right to left

Observed results:
Notice that Normal tabs and other devices tabs are displayed partially on the screen.

Expected results:
Should move to Normal tab.

Note: Issue also notice when scrolled from left to right from Other devices to Normal tab.
